So this strange phenomenon keeps popping up on facebook
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152269646051195&set=vb.336507736194&type=2&theater if you follow this link you will see footage of a man jumping into the river and it glows blue. my question is why is it glowing? is this due to some chemical being spilled into the river? is this some kind of alien being under there? should we call in Agent Moulder and Skully? what ever it is its weird..... so i just read its plankton thats glowing when disturbed... so its not aliens kinda wish it were.. :p
